- In 2006 the Boomerang channel broadcast for the first time in Latin America the children's series "Peppa Pig" dubbed into Latin American Spanish.
- The children's series "Peppa Pig" has been nominated for and won many awards, among them "Best Preschool Animation" from the British Academy of Children's Awards and the "Pulcinella Award for Best European Program of the Year" at the 2005 Bay Festival.
