Gabby's Dollhouse arrived on Netflix in 2021 and quickly became one of the favorite shows of the youngest viewers. Its secret is an unusual mix: a real little girl, Gabby, who shrinks down and steps into a house full of animated kitties, each one with its own room and its own personality.

Coloring these characters is a lovely way to step into that world. As you decide what color Baby Box's hat should be or how MerCat's scales should shine, your hand relaxes, your mind focuses and your worries stay outside. It is a little moment of calm that also sparks your creativity.

  2. The show mixes live action, since Gabby is a real girl, with the animation of all the dollhouse kitties.
  3. To enter the dollhouse, Gabby puts on her cat-ear headband and shrinks down as small as a toy.
  4. Each kitty lives in its own room: Cakey in the kitchen, MerCat in the bathroom, DJ Catnip in the music room and Kitty Fairy in the garden.
  5. Pandy Paws, Gabby's best friend, is a mix between a kitten and a panda.
  6. The surprises always arrive inside a delivery box for the dollhouse.
  7. In the craft room, mistakes are celebrated: an oopsie can turn into something beautiful.
  8. In 2025 the kitties jumped to the big screen in the dollhouse movie, alongside Gloria Estefan and Kristen Wiig.
